All City of Casa Grande offices, including both branches of the library, will be closed on Monday, February 19 in observance of the President’s Day holiday. Emergency services will remain operational, but trash and recycling services will be affected, as well as the City Council meeting.
Trash normally collected on Monday will be collected on Tuesday, and Tuesdaytrash will be collected on Wednesday. Recycling will be collected on Tuesday along with normal Tuesday pick-up.
The landfill will be closed on Monday, February 19 and will return to normal operating hours, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, on Tuesday.
Due to the holiday, the City Council study session and regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 20 in the City Council Chambers, located at 510 E. Florence Boulevard. A special meeting to interview the City Judge candidates will begin at 5:15 pm and the regular meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. Both meetings are open to the public.
