The Service Application will allow the department to obtain the most current information for each resident’s property. The Autodraft Form (Spanish version) is a convenient way to authorize the city to automatically deduct payment each month from a checking or savings account.
Each completed form earns an entry into the drawing for Diamondbacks baseball tickets. Complete both forms and earn two chances to win! The tickets are for the game on Sunday, September 23, 2018 versus the Colorado Rockies. Tickets are provided courtesy of sponsor, Information Outsource.
Completed forms must be received by August 31, 2018 in order to be eligible to win. The drawing will occur the following week. City of Casa Grande employees are not eligible for the drawing.
