The cover illustration was provided by artist Jacques Laliberte. When asked about the coloring page concept, Laliberte wrote, “A lifelong lover of magazines, shortly after arriving in Prescott I started my own newsletter called Art-rag. Thinking about this cover, the idea of letting readers add their own color was appealing!”
